Shipping policy

Coverage: Nationwide across Pakistan via TCS, Leopards, Trax, and PostEx.
Processing Time: Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
Delivery Time:
- Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 3 to 4 business days.
- Other Cities & Rural Areas: 4–7 business days.
Shipping Charges: Flat rate of PKR 200–250 nationwide. Free shipping on orders above PKR 6,000.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide. Phone/WhatsApp confirmation is required before dispatch.
Open Parcel Policy: Couriers do not allow opening parcels before payment. For any issues after delivery, contact support immediately.
Tracking: A tracking ID is shared via SMS/WhatsApp once the parcel is dispatched.
Damaged/Wrong Items: Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos for a quick replacement.
